Notice is hereby given that the next Annual General Meeting of the OLD COLUMBANS ASSOCIATION (OCA) on 30th March 2016 at 1730 hours at St. Columba’s School, Ashoka Place, New Delhi 110001.

Keep the notice of the AGM ready with agenda of:

  1. Passing and adopting the minutes of last AGM.
  2. Passing the Accounts for the year ended 31st March 2015.
  3. Appointment of the Auditors for the year 2015-16 and fixing their remuneration.
  4. Passing the proposed amendments to the MOC.
  5. Any other matter.

 

In case of insufficient quorum, meeting automatically stands adjourned to 1800 hours and will not require minimum quorum.
